So here is another weigh in and I lost another 7.6 pounds that is a total of 68 pounds all together I am extremely excited about that and I feel that I am seeing the results for the good choices that I am making in my life.
My wife wanted me to add in that she lost 5.6 pounds and so that puts her total to 33.2 pounds lost on weight watchers. So she hit her 10percent and surpassed it. We are both very happy campers.

Bravo for staying on plan while in the hospital and your wife deserves a special reward for going the EXTRA mile, preparing and delivering your food.
Sir Charles! That is so incredible! You and Carly are both doing amazingly well!!! I agree with Deb above....Carly does deserve a special reward for preparing and delivering all that food while you were in the hospital! Tell her she's awesome! And of course, you are too, to keep at it so diligently!! :)
